Every year we do a Christmas Tag Swap in November. Each person makes up kits containing all the pieces to a Christmas Tag. We swap all the kits and have lots of new tags to put together! Of course there are complaints about some tags having too many parts, but lots of fun is had by all!
Creativity is the prescription for the relief of the stress of everyday life.

Paige's Personal Christmas Workshop
My grandaughter, Paige got to spend the day over here to make her Christmas cards and some utensil holders for the Christmas table. We also baked lots ofChristmas cookies so it was a great day full of accomplishments! The utensils were cut from an adjusted fry box Silhouette file.
She loves embossing and picked out a similar card to try. Of course grandma had to get her an embosser for Christmas...and a few folders!

Thanksgiving decor
My grandchildren made the decorations for the Thanksgiving table. Paige made the owl napkin rings with Duck Tape and owls cut on the Silhouette. Crys and the boys made the Turkey pipe cleaner and cork place cards. Both came out great and added a lot to the table! Oh and I made the Turkey Platter with salami, cheese and crackers.

Christmas Cards almost done!
Some of us had to finish up our Christmas card goal and were lacking behind. Here are some we came up with! Robbie wanted to do these "JOY" cards so Margie cut the shapes on her Cricuit.
These were my cards using the Stampin' Up Bright and Beautiful Stamp set and Cherry Cobbler cardstock.

Christmas Cards...and some Olaf fun cards for the Grandkids
Robbie wanted to tackle some Olaf punched cards so we did. It was challenging for her to figure out which punches to use and then for us to "trim" some of the shapes. But, I think we did a great job! The kids will love them!
Simple Stampin'Up retired Dasher stamp card. Embossed background with Holly. Used Cherry Cobbler paper and Gold.
Christmas tree cards diecut by Robbie. These were fun to put together and everyone did it a bit different.
First of the cards I have tried with the new Stampin'Up Bright and Beautiful Stamp Set. I love the set and will be trying many more with these decorative stars!
Lots of Orange and Black for Halloween
Had some fun with orange and Halloween cards and boxes. Paula cut us all some curvy boxes and I designed this one with hand drawn spider webs and Silhouette cut spiders. Filled with candy for my grandchildren.
Paula also found these Boo cards and cut us all some. Thanks Paula! I embossed mine with spiderwebs and attached another Silhouette spider. She embossed hers with swirls and "Boos". Ghosts popped out with a creative fold in the center.
My grandson wanted scary Halloween stuff this year so I made them a Silhouette night scene with Silhouette diecut tree, bats, moon and fence. The Silverstein poem I had seen in another Halloween card on Pinterest and I thought it went perfect with the card!
